Dan Edaku

Dan Edaku is only 6 years old, yet he is already facing challenges far beyond his age. Despite his young years, he shows a strong desire to learn and build a better future through education.


Dan comes from a family that cannot afford school fees. His sister faces the same struggle, and together they are at risk of missing out on the education they deserve. Many days, Dan walks to school barefoot and goes without lunch, trying to focus in class while battling hunger. Still, he keeps showing up. He keeps trying. He keeps hoping.


Dan’s determination is powerful, but he cannot do this alone. With support, he can stay in school, access basic necessities, and learn in dignity just like every child should.


Your help can change Dan’s story and give both him and his sister a real chance at a brighter future.

Muzigo Travis

This is Muzigo Travis and his grandmother, Ziripa Mary. She is not only his guardian,she is his teacher, his encouragement, and his hope.


Despite her own struggles, Mary sits with Travis every day, doing all she can to support his education. However Ziripa struggles to pay school fees for him and his siblings and Travis was unable to complete first term.


As schools reopen this month, we believe that Travis’s future should not depend on his grandmother’s sacrifice alone and hang on a thread.

Atuso Veronica is a bright and hardworking girl who consistently ranks among the top in her class.


She was abandoned by her parents and is now under the care of her young sister, who struggles to provide even the basics, including school fees. Despite these challenges, Veronica remains focused, determined, and eager to learn. Her potential is clear , she just needs support.


With help, Veronica can stay in school and continue to excel. Your support can give her the chance to turn her brilliance into a brighter future

Mwesigwa Prosper

Mwesigwa Prosper is a 9-year-old pupil in Primary Three who loves school and is eager to learn.


However, due to a lack of school fees, he often misses classes. On some days, he comes to school on an empty stomach, making it hard to concentrate. During cold seasons, he has no sweater to keep him warm.


Despite these challenges, Prosper remains determined.


With support, he can stay in school, learn comfortably, and build a better future. Your help can make that possible.

Nakawesa Juliet

Nakawesa Juliet is a bright young girl with great potential, growing up alongside her siblings under difficult circumstances.


After being abandoned by her father, her mother struggles to provide for the family. Without a stable job, she works in people’s gardens for daily pay, making it hard to keep up with school fees.


Despite this, Juliet remains eager to learn.


With support, she can stay in school and continue to shine. Your help can give Juliet the chance to build a better future.

Nakintu Oliver

Nakintu Oliver is a 9-year-old pupil in Primary One who has missed several years of school due to lack of fees.


Abandoned at a young age, she now lives with her elderly grandmother, who is unable to work and support her education. This term, Oliver was unable to receive her report card because of unpaid school fees.


Despite these challenges, she still hopes for a chance to learn.


With support, Oliver can return to school consistently and build the future she deserves. Your help can make that possible.

Nabagulanyi Betina

Nabagulanyi Betina is a 7-year-old pupil in Primary One whose young life has already been marked by hardship.


After being abandoned by her mother, she now relies on her father, who is struggling to afford school fees. This term, Betina was unable to receive her school report, leaving her without knowing how she performed.


Despite it all, she continues to hope and show up.


With support, Betina can stay in school, access her results, and learn with confidence. Your help can give her the stability and opportunity every child deserves.

Omwali Deborah

Omwali Deborah is a 9-year-old pupil in Primary Three who is determined to stay in school despite difficult circumstances.


Raised by a single mother without a stable income, Deborah often has to skip meals. At times, she is sent away from school due to unpaid fees, interrupting her learning.


Even so, she keeps trying.


With support, Deborah can attend school consistently, have her basic needs met, and focus on building a better future. Your help can make that possible.

Eria

Eria is a young learner who was expected to report back to school during first term, but was unable to do so due to lack of school fees and basic school requirements.


His father survives on odd jobs, which are often irregular and sometimes unpaid. With other siblings to care for, the little income available is not enough to support Eria’s education.


As a result, Eria has been kept out of school, despite his desire to learn and continue his education.


With support, Eria can return to class, stay in school consistently, and have a fair chance at a better future.

Iringo Macrina

Iringo Macrina is a 7 year old pupil in Primary One at R &R. Junior school in Kakiri living with her single mother and siblings under difficult conditions.


Her mother struggles to provide school fees and basic school requirements with the little and unstable income she earns. Most times, she is forced to choose between paying fees and putting food on the table for her family’s survival.


Despite these hardships, Macrina remains hopeful and eager to learn.


With support, she can stay in school, access the necessities she needs, and have a better chance at a brighter future.

Nakato Favour

Nakato Favour is 6 years old in Top Class and one of a pair of twins, full of innocence, dreams, and the excitement every child should feel about going to school.


Unfortunately during first term, Favour never returned to class.


Her mother is struggling deeply to raise school fees and provide for the family, making it impossible to keep the children in school. While other children continue learning and playing with their classmates, Favour has been left at home, uncertain of when she will return.


At such a young age, her future is already being interrupted by poverty.


With support, Favour can go back to school, continue learning alongside her twin, and have the chance every child deserves , hope for a better tomorrow.

Nabawesi Jamila

Nabawesi Jamila is 12 years old in Primary Seven at R&R Precious Junior School in Kakiiri, a focused and bright girl determined to succeed in school and build a better future for herself.


However, life became difficult after her father lost his job during the COVID-19 period. With a family of 10 to care for, he now struggles to provide school fees and basic school requirements for the children.


Despite these hardships, Jamila continues to work hard and hold onto her dreams.


With support, she can complete her education with dignity and continue shining both in and outside the classroom. Your help can give Jamila the opportunity she deserves.

Mukisa Elijah

Mukisa Elijah is a bright 12 year old boy in Primary Four with a strong desire to learn and succeed in school.


Sadly, this term he was unable to report to school due to lack of school fees. His father, who worked as a builder, lost his contract, leaving the family struggling to meet even basic needs.


For Elijah, the dream of education is slowly slipping away through no fault of his own.


With support, he can return to school, continue his education, and keep hope alive for a brighter future.

Mugisha Julius

Mugisha Julius is a 12 year old pupil in Primary Three who lost his father at just 2 years old.


Since then, he has been raised by his aunt, who has her own family to care for and struggles to provide school fees and basic school requirements for Julius. Because of these challenges, he sometimes misses classes and often battles illness, making his education even more difficult.


Despite everything, Julius continues to hold onto hope and the desire to learn.


With support, he can stay in school, access the care and necessities he needs, and have a chance at a healthier and brighter future.

Kiiza Margate

Kiiza Margate is a 10-year-old pupil in Primary Four trying to stay focused on her education despite the difficult life her family now faces.


Her mother, once a housewife, was abandoned by her husband and left without a job to support the children. With several other children to care for, providing school fees and basic school requirements has become a daily struggle.


Even through these hardships, Margate continues to hold onto her dream of staying in school and building a better future.


With support, she can continue her education with hope, dignity, and the opportunity every child deserves.

Ngombi Jeremiah

Ngombi Jeremiah is a 7 year old pupil in Primary One whose young life has already been filled with hardship.


After being abandoned by his father, Jeremiah was left in the care of his elderly grandmother, a peasant who struggles to provide even the basic necessities. Affording school fees and school requirements has become almost impossible.


Despite these challenges, Jeremiah still dreams of going to school and building a better future.


With support, he can stay in class, access the materials he needs, and experience the hope every child deserves.
